
Pole Fitness
You will learn tricks, spins and dance moves on, off and around the pole while building muscle, burning fat, increasing endurance, and improving agility. No experience is necessary and you will love the changes it will make to your mind and body. Remember, you don't have to BE strong to take this class. You BECOME strong from taking these classes, and strong is beautiful!

Aerial Silks
Aerial silks, also known as aerial ribbons, tissues, fabric, or tissu, are two long pieces of fabric that hang from one point. The fabric is supple and pliable and is wrapped and unwrapped around various parts of the body. Aerialists use the fabric to wrap, suspend, drop, and spiral their bodies into and out of various positions. This aerial art form is beautiful and awe inspiring.

Specialty Classes
All Specialty Classes are drop in classes so you may come and go as you please. Special rates are given to current session students looking to add on to their current workouts.
